Ethics in coaching – Why it matters

The objective of the event is to explore the importance of ethics for coaches and for the coaching profession. Participants will have the opportunity to: gain a deeper understanding of the role of ethics in professional practice, develop greater awareness of updated standards, and strengthen their credibility and professionalism as coaches.

Benefits
This program will focus on the 2025 Code of Ethics and what it means for coaches and their professional practice. In particular, it will address: the revision process of the Code of Ethics, the importance of the Code for the profession, the new elements and areas of emphasis in the 2025 Code, an analysis of the 24 new standards, and a comparison with the 2019 Code. The session will be led by Lola Chetti, MCC ICF.
