Vertical development serves as a tool that can support coaches in their self-development journey by helping them understand and assess their current level of leadership maturity potential. The framework identifies stages of leadership maturity, each with its own set of characteristics, behaviors, and skills that a coach can work to develop in order to progress to the next level.
By using this framework, coaches can gain a better understanding of their strengths and identify areas where they can grow their potential.
