Latha Chembrakalam

Latha is the Head of Technical Centre India,Continental Automotive India. Latha is a dynamic business leader with close to three decades of experience. She is the Vice President and head of Technical Center India of Continental Automotive and leads a team of 6000 engineers. In her role, she is responsible for engineering competence for global and local markets, focusing on Automotive Technologies that include Autonomous Mobility and Safety, and Vehicle Networking and Information business areas and several Center of excellences in the new technology areas .

Suchitra Rajendra

Suchitra Rajendra - founder and CEO of QEDHR. Former CHRO of Pepsico. Global ICF Nomination committee to the Global Board.

Suchitra Rajendra brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience to the coaching world. Currently she is the founder and CEO of QEDHR, a boutique HR consulting firm which supports the CEOs and CHROS. Earlier, as the CHRO of Pepsico she institutionalised coaching as part of leadership journeys, supporting leaders with their career transitions and and personal development. She is PCC certified and is on the Global ICF Nomination committee to the Global Board.

Priya Ramesh

Priya is a leadership Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in people development as the human behaviour catalyst. She is a MCC (Master Certified Coach) credentialled by the International Coach Federation (ICF), one among only 40 such Coaches in India and EIA Senior Practitioner credentialled by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Systemic Team Coach (ACTC), Coach Supervisor, supported by a Masters in Applied Psychology and Diploma in Applied Buddhist Psychology.

Shiva Subramaniam

Shiva Subramaniam - PCC, Director- Strategic Initiatives ICF Chennai Charter Chapter. Founder-Director, Biomimicry Compass; Innovation Coach. Co-founder of Biomimicry Compass, an IIT Madras incubated company, that enables innovation using nature’s design strategies and engineering principles. He is a coach and facilitator, specialising in innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural skills.
