From Awareness to Action. Integrating DEIB into Every Coaching Conversation with Dr. Aikyna Finch, PCC

Coaches are increasingly working with clients from diverse identities, cultures, and lived experiences, yet many struggle to meaningfully integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) into their sessions. This interactive 120-minute workshop equips coaches with practical tools to incorporate DEIB in ways that deepen trust, expand awareness, and enhance client outcomes. Participants will explore how identity, power, culture, and systemic dynamics shape coaching conversations, and learn how to recognize and respond to these factors in real time.

Through guided reflection, real-world scenarios, and hands-on practice, coaches will build the skills needed to ask more inclusive questions, navigate discomfort, and create coaching environments where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
