David is an award-winning ICF Leadership Coach with 20 years of corporate experience in talent development, coaching, and facilitation, having worked with prominent companies such as 3M and HubSpot. He holds a Master’s in Organisational Behaviour from the Kemmy Business School and serves as an Associate on the ICF Ireland Board of Directors. David is deeply passionate about leveraging personality and behavioural assessments to support professional growth and development.
