From Intention to Impact: ICF DEIB Department’s 2025 Journey with Dr. Aikyna Finch

As we close out the year, the DEIB Department will take a reflective and forward-looking pause to share the story of our work together. This session will serve as our “State of DEIB,” highlighting key initiatives, partnerships, and progress across the ICF community. We will spotlight the impact of our Member Resource Groups, programs, and education efforts, celebrate milestones achieved, and acknowledge challenges that shaped our journey. Most importantly, we will connect this year’s progress to what’s ahead—our priorities, commitments, and opportunities for deepening belonging in the year to come.
