In this webinar, we will explore how cultural humility in coaching can facilitate the integration of mindful practices within the Italian context, which is characterised by growing cultural diversity. Cultural humility will be presented as an ongoing practice of self-reflection, openness and awareness of one’s own biases in relation to coaching.

Participants will explore how culture and identity influence the coaching relationship, reflect on their own social identities and beliefs, and observe how these emerge in practice. Through discussions, small-group work and practical activities, coaches will learn to centre the client’s lived experience, adapt their questions and approach, and integrate cultural humility into real-life coaching situations.
