In this session, “From Mistakes to Mastery: Lessons Through the Assessor’s Lens”, Judit draws on her 13+ years as an ICF Global Assessor to share insights from observing coaches’ progress from ACC to PCC to MCC. She will highlight the most frequent mistakes at each level, from relying on formulaic questions to missing deeper client partnering, to falling back on technique instead of presence. Judit will also explore the key differences between the credentialing levels, helping coaches understand what truly shifts as they grow, and how to transform common pitfalls into pathways toward mastery.
