Global Cultural Competency Workshop (Part 1)

This workshop introduces foundational concepts related to cultural competency in coaching. Participants will learn to differentiate between cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity; demonstrate personal cultural proficiency; identify the six stages of cultural competency; and define intercultural communication and its role in effective coaching practice. The session is 2 full hours. CCEs are awarded for completion as follows: 1.5 CC; .5 RD
