Irida Baloglou

Iris Baloglou is an Executive Coach, Mentor, Supervisor, and Marketing Consultant with over 36 years of professional experience and more than 3,500 hours of coaching worldwide. A PCC, CMC Mentor Coach, and ICF Assessor, as well as Senior Practitioner Coach and ESIA Supervisor with EMCC, she brings depth, clarity, and professionalism to every coaching engagement. She is the founder of IRIS‑SCOPE, offering executive coaching, mentoring, supervision, and leadership consulting to leaders, organizations, and fellow coaches.

Katerina Chatzaki

Katerina Chatzaki, PCC, is a Professional Certified Coach with a background in Mathematics and 30 years of senior management experience in banking and tourism. Trained in Executive, Career, Business and Personal Coaching, she has delivered over 2,200 coaching hours with executives, entrepreneurs and individuals. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence, personal values and action-oriented coaching, supporting clients in strengthening leadership, unlocking potential and creating meaningful, sustainable personal and professional growth.

Pallavi Sidhra

Pallavi is a PCC-certified Positioning & Influence Coach who helps leaders and founders move teams, influence stakeholders and navigate critical decisions. Drawing on attention science, organisational and social psychology, she brings 21 years of commercial, sales and strategy leadership across Europe and Asia. With 500+ coaching hours, she has worked with leaders across diverse sectors and organisations, combining real-world business experience with a practical, action-focused coaching approach to leadership and change.

Exploring the complexities of three-way coaching agreements, including confidentiality, expectations, ethical boundaries, and the relationships between coach, coachee, and sponsor.

2. Coaching Supervision | Irida Baloglou, PCC, ESIA
A reflective space to explore coaching challenges, deepen self-awareness, strengthen ethical practice, & support continuous professional growth through supervision and shared learning.

3. The Wisdom of the Circle: Traditional Dance & Coaching |Katerina Chatzaki, PCC
An experiential session connecting traditional Greek dance with coaching, exploring shared values, teamwork, inclusion, & empowerment through the collective wisdom of the circle.
