This group supervision session offers a space for coaches to reflect on their practice through the lens of inclusion.

While supervision typically follows the coach’s agenda, this session invites awareness of how inclusion — or its absence — shows up in our coaching relationships.

Participants are encouraged to explore personal assumptions, relational dynamics, and systemic influences.

The goal is not to teach inclusion, but to supervise with it in mind.
