Managing Disagreement at Work
The webinar covers the root causes of organizational disagreements especially when there is change or transformation. Most individuals and teams find it difficult to reconcile and arrive at a solution that will help organizational objectives. Beside understanding the root causes, this 90 min will bring to you team coaching in a systemic approach so you can immediately work with groups and teams.
The presenter will define systemic and team coaching, and will use core competencies (4 & 6) and Team competencies (3 & 4) showing you how to help members in your organization feel safe and be approachable.
The presenter will give you one tool to apply with a group or a team to have a meaningful conversation that allows them to reach consensus and unite them in a unique way using most of (ICF team coaching competencies 5, 6, 7, 8).
