Our mission is to generate meaningful connections by providing a high quality of various professional development options in workshops, webinars, and events. We also aim to provide coaching opportunities to individuals who might otherwise be unable to reap its benefits. We aspire to provide opportunities for personal and professional development, to foster a vibrant, involved community, and to contribute to the advancement of the profession as a whole.

Cindy Muthukarapan is an internationally recognised and experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach since 2014 and awarded Advance Team Coach Credentialing in 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of executive coaching, leadership development, program design, speaking at events, leading webinars and facilitation.

ICF Africa Credentialing Series – Core Competency 2 Embodies a Coaching Mindset hosted by ICF Ghana Chapter

This event focuses on Core Competency 2: Embodies a Coaching Mindset.
Join us for the second webinar of a ten-part initiative designed to create a stronger, more connected coaching community across Africa by fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a supportive credentialing process. The first eight webinars in this series focus on the 8 Core Competencies, which are hosted by ICF Chapters in Africa. This will be followed by two webinars dedicated to credentialing support.
This Professional Education offering aims to review, refine and expand your ability to coach in alignment with the ICF core competencies.
There will be breakout room opportunities for coaches to engage in small group activities to explore the Core Competency in relation to your own coaching practice.
