ICF Career Coaching Community of Practice – Working with Metaphors in Liminal Space

Join the Career Coaching Community of Practice, Andrea Fruhling, PCC, and Dr. Norm Amundson on February 8, 2023, from 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. EST (New York) as they discuss the concept of liminal space as it applies to coaching and one’s career development. Liminal spaces are often seen as in-between and uncertain, but Andrea and Norm will show you how to navigate this space of uncertainty while harnessing the power of metaphors to build the courage and resilience needed for your clients (and you) to take the next step in your career decision-making process. This session will be practical and interactive. Come prepared to engage with your community of practice and have fun!
*This session has been tentatively approved for 1 CCE unit in Core Competency and 0.5 CCE Units in Resource Development.
