ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice – Maximize the Impact of Your Coaching in a VUCA World

Join the ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice and Dr. Louise Sheppard on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 12 Noon – 1:30 p.m. (New York) to explore how to maximize the impact of your coaching in this VUCA world. Louise will share a range of her research on the topic, including what leaders are experiencing and bringing to coaching and what coaches are finding and bringing to supervision. She will share her research on how coaches can maximize the value of their supervision and share what has shifted with the changing landscape of the world. This session will show what you could get from supervision and how to resource yourself.
