ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice – Creating a Coaching Supervision Safe Space

Join the ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice and Dr. Kathryn M. Downing on September 14, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EST (New York) for a session on creating a coaching supervision safe space. She will share the qualities required for the creation and stewardship of a safe and trusted container for coaching supervision. Informed by research, this will be a lively and engaging consideration of how coaches and supervisors contribute to creating a safe space. In coaching supervision, we reflect on the messiness and mastery of our coaching engagements, and our ways of being as a coach. The key take away will be how coaches contribute to the safe learning environment in a number of ways, in partnership with their supervisors.

*This session has been tentatively approved for 1.5 CCE Units in Core Competency.
