ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice – Exploring Capabilities of a Coaching Supervisor

Join the Coaching Supervision Community of Practice and Tom Battye on January 26, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EST (New York) for a fascinating insight into the EMCC Global perspective on supervision. Tom is the EMCC Global representative for supervision. He led the research and development of the Supervision Competence Framework, and more recently created the Supervision Guidelines. He will share his personal perspective on what differentiates supervision, show how the EMCC model addresses both reflective and reflexive practice and discuss how these two documents can be used by both supervisors and coaches to support their professionalism.
