Join the ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice and Louise Sheppard on November 14, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EST (New York) for an exploration of how coaches may optimize their supervision experience. There is a lack of understanding about the role of coaches in the coaching supervision process. Yet it is more challenging and exposing to be a supervisee than a supervisor and the positive mindset adopted, and active role played by supervisees are vital to the success of supervision. This webinar shares real experiences of supervisees and provides insights into what helps and hinders supervisees’ learning during supervision as they mature. You will get the opportunity to reflect upon your own experiences and gain some practical suggestions for establishing an effective partnership with your supervisor.
