ICF Core Competencies Workshop : Foundations of Ethical Practices and Embodying a Coaching Mindset
This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed to provide a deep dive into the foundational competencies of the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Core Competencies, focusing on ethical practices and embodying a coaching mindset. Participants will explore the principles of ethical coaching, learn how to integrate these practices into their coaching sessions, and develop a mindset that promotes growth, learning, and continuous self-awareness as a coach.
Led by an ICF PCC level Certified Mentor Coach and Certified Executive Coach, this workshop will offer practical insights, real-life scenarios, and group discussions to help coaches at all levels strengthen their ethical grounding and enhance their ability to embody the ICF’s core values.
• Understanding Ethical Practices (25 min): Deep dive into Ethical Practices, key principles, and navigating real-world ethical challenges.
• Interactive Group Activity 10 min): Role-playing and scenario-based discussions on ethical dilemmas.
• Embodying a Coaching Mindset (25 min): Exploration of what it means to maintain a coaching mindset and practical tips for embodying this in client interactions.
• Interactive Group Activity 10 min): Role-playing and scenario-based discussions on embodying the coaching mindset.
• Q&A and Reflections (10 min): Open forum for participant questions, sharing of insights, and reflection on key learnings.
