ICF Ethics Community of Practice – Ethics of Coaching Packages and Refunds
Join the Ethics Community of Practice and Gerlando (Jerry) Spoto, PCC, on October 19, 2022, from 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. EST (New York) for an engaging session on the ethics of coaching packages and refunds. In this session, we will discover new insights and expand our knowledge on setting up agreements for coaching packages and how to regulate refunds. We will explore the pros and cons of coaching packages and review how to manage refunds. Breakout groups will discuss coaching packages and refunds plus the ethical implications.
