ICF Foundation partners with ICF Chapters and coaches, to bring the power of coaching to delivering the UN 2030 Agenda through the Ignite Initiative. the Ignite Initiative provides coaching for the greater good, demonstrating that coaching works, by building capacity, accelerating and amplifying the results in organizations around the globe. We define pro bono as “for the public good,” meaning our projects include both those without charge and at a reduced rate.

JASS MALANEY

With over 28 years of leadership experience working with the United Nations Organization: The World Bank, as a Diplomat, Scotts Holding Group, and Kelly Services. Her broad corporate exposure along with entrepreneurial capabilities has offered Jass the opportunity to develop an understanding of the cultural differences, global systems, and business factors that are common across industries, which she distills into her coaching conversations with clients.

AIDA FRESE

Aida Frese is a lawyer and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a trainer for an online ACTP International Executive Coaching Program. One of Aida’s goals is to inspire collaboration bringing professional coaching to every corner of the world creating social impact, considering that “we have the possibility to make a great contribution to our world.” She is a member and contributes to the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA).

RASHMI SHETTY

Rashmi is the Founder Director of The Third Eye. A Masters in Public Administration and the Gita her inspiration, her foray into broadcasting, introduced her to the power of VOICE using which she coaches women transitioning to senior leadership roles and loves its impact.

A National & International Award for scripting & narrating Radio Documentaries underlined her calling to her. She hosts a podcast on personal journeys. She’s an active member of Climate Coaching Alliance and served with ICF Bengaluru Chapter as Director of membership.
