Robert Garcia, ACC Vice President of ICF’s Coaching in Organizations and Sheila Carmichael, MCC Executive Coach & Associate Program Director at EY will share insights from 50 organizations from across industries and countries on the Internal design lifecycle, coaching impact measurements and examples of how leveraging membership in CIO can benefit internal coaching programs. This session will have Breakout Rooms, Open Discussions, and Q&A!
