ICF Internal Coaching Community of Practice – Coaching Culture, the Superpower of an Organization

Join the ICF Internal Coaching Community of Practice and Corry Robertson, PCC, on November 17, 2022, from 12 noon – 1:00 p.m. EST (New York) for a session on learning how organizations get access to high-impact coaching and the ROI that comes along with it without the high-ticket price. Professional coaching has had a proven impact over the past 20 years and is now seen as a ‘must have’ offering within organizations. Many organizations have heard about the benefits of coaching and coaching culture and are curious about building a coaching culture strategy themselves. We will share and compare action plans and questions to consider as you infuse the promise of coaching culture as a superpower into an organization.
