ICF Internal Coaching Community of Practice – The Coaching Culture of a Prism Award Winning Organization

Join the ICF Internal Coaching Community of Practice and Jas Sidhu, AVP, Learning Solutions Architects Enterprise at TD Bank Group on August 29, 2022, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. EST (New York) as she shares about their 2021 Prism award-winning internal coaching program. This session will share the elements that made the program successful, like a multi-phased coaching ecosystem, and how they were able to foster a culture of care, growth and impact. We will learn about the elements of a Successful Coaching Culture at TD Bank Group, how to translate a coaching culture into a winning Prism submission, and why an Internal Coaching Culture and Program is important to corporations. This presentation covers the case study of the 2021 Prism Award Winner, TD Bank.
