ICF Team and Group Community of Practice – Managing Contracting in Team Coaching

Join the Team and Group Community of Practice and a panel of experts on November 20, 2023, from 9-10:30 a.m. (New York) for an interactive session on how introducing Team Coaching can sometimes be difficult to understand for stakeholders and how team coaches may face challenges in contracting, particularly regarding cultural dynamics such as transparency or conflict patterns.
During the session, our panel of experts will share their invaluable experiences, expertise, and research conclusions on navigating the challenges of the contracting phase. They will illuminate the value of introducing team coaching to stakeholders, bring examples of what worked to overcome some of the stubble blocks, and how to support the stakeholders in contracting for the services the team needs.
