ICF Ukraine in times of the war: Identity, Ethics and Leadership on fire

The Russian invasion into Ukraine has affected tremendously the everyday life of millions of the Ukrainians. Professional coaching community of Ukraine has experienced the turmoil in every aspects of the current activities. The war has disrupted seriously all plans, intents, processes, relations etc. The challenge was to withstand the blow and maintain viability of the coaches and community as the whole. After the first shock the time came to reflect on the key pillars of coaching profession: our values, identity, ethics and leadership. During the workshop I will share both ICF Ukraine Board and personal reflection on the point where we have happened to be; on what has disappointed us; what instilled the hope and what we relied on.
