ICF Pan African Coaches Conference

The purpose of the 1st ever ICF Pan African Coaching Conference is to provide professional development and learning, synergy building as well as robust networking opportunities.
The conference will be attended by members of the four African chapters of Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and Nigeria as well as all the other ICF members in Africa who may not have a chapter as well as clients and partners.
Conference Objectives
• Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and best practices among coaches in Africa.
• Increase the knowledge and skills of coaches in areas such as leadership, team building, and communication.
• Enhance the professional credibility and reputation of the coaching profession as well as the coaches in Africa.
• Foster a sense of community among the coaches and build strong working relationships across African chapters of ICF.
• Build a strong business relationship between corporations who are the consumers of coaching services and ICF Chapters and members.
