Growing up in a tough environment and initially pursuing a life of violence and crime, Dr Paul Wood spent over a decade in some of New Zealand’s toughest prisons. It was there he discovered the power of education and personal growth. Emerging from prison with an undergraduate degree, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in Psychology, he transformed his life through resilience, leadership, and a commitment to positive change.
