The inaugural international coaching conference centered around the theme, “Coaching for Human Connectedness – A Call for Meaningful Conversations”

Our theme for the conference stems from the herculean changes we have seen, particularly over the past few years, in how we build relationships, network, collaborate and interact, every single minute of the day. In a world that has now recognized the ease and usefulness of operating remotely, and connecting virtually, the need for human connectedness is becoming a necessity in families, organizations and communities; now more than ever. As coaches, we have experienced the power of conversations to connect, and to transform individuals, teams, entire organizations and even societies. We believe that through the skills we acquire as coaches, we can be catalysts in re-imagining how we connect more humanely through meaningful conversations and create a positive change in the way we work, live and thrive.
