If you are interested in taking an active role in building an inclusive, varied ecosystem welcoming to people of all backgrounds for the UK ICF, please join our new Inclusion & Belonging special interest group.

The purpose of this group is to bring to life the 5 Inclusion and Belonging principles of the UK ICF:
Encourage Representation: creating communities where everyone has a voice
Celebrate Difference: we celebrate together what makes us different
Value Individuality: we value and respect our individual differences
Create a Safe Space: we create safe spaces with no judgement
Comfortable with Discomfort: be comfortable with not knowing and exploring alternative perspectives

We will be meeting on a monthly basis:
Webinar 1: Wednesday 14th September 6pm-7pm
Webinar 2: Wednesday 12th October 6pm-7pm
Webinar 3: Wednesday 16th November 6pm-7pm
Webinar 4: Wednesday 7th December 6 pm-7pm
