This group has been created by the UK ICF to build on the recent successes of the Inclusion and Belonging Series that took place in 2022.
The purpose of this group is to bring to life the 5 Inclusion and Belonging principles of the UK ICF:
Encourage Representation: creating communities where everyone has a voice
Celebrate Difference: we celebrate together what makes us different
Value individuality: we value and respect our individual differences
Create a Safe Space: we create safe spaces with no judgement
Comfortable with Discomfort: be comfortable with not knowing and exploring alternative perspectives
