Dr. Aikyna Finch

Dr. Aikyna Finch is a dynamic leader and advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). With a deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments, she serves as the ICF Director of DEIB, where she leads initiatives to create equitable spaces for coaches worldwide.

Dr. Finch's approach to DEIB is informed by her extensive background in education, leadership, and technology, making her a versatile and impactful voice in the DEIB community. Her academic achievements include a Doctorate of Management and multiple advanced degrees

April Howe

April has been an active voice for diversity and inclusion for many years. Through her Consulting firm Crayon Strategies Inc., she helps organizations create the conditions for authentic inclusiveness. She consults and coaches extensively with clients within the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

April served the Province of Nova Scotia from 2018 – 2023, most recently as the Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Before being appointed as Deputy, she was the Senior Executive Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Justice.

Angela MacMaster

Angela MacMaster is a career and leadership coach, guiding clients through pivotal career transitions and helping them deepen the impact of their work. With a focus on discovering purpose and fulfillment, Angela collaborates with each client, honoring their unique experiences to craft meaningful and authentic career paths. Angela’s coaching is rooted in trust, respect, and the creation of a supportive, safe space.
