Introduction to Generative Leadership Coaching

Leadership, coaching leaders, and leading and coaching for organizational impact are challenging fields for leaders and those who coach them. You can find hundreds of paradigms for leadership and coaching in organizations, and yet this is an underdeveloped field. The Institute for Generative Leadership has been researching and addressing these areas for over forty years and has developed proven, result-enabling skills for thousands of leaders and coaches.

In this short workshop we will introduce the principles and practices of the Generative Leadership discipline and how they enable coaches to make and fulfill promises of value relating to the performance of leaders, teams, and their organizations. Generative Leadership is based on a foundation of human beings and action that includes ‘meaning’ and ‘a good life’ as part of the skills of the generative leader and generative coach.
