Leadership today means living with constant uncertainty — in markets, teams, systems, and in ourselves. And yet, as mindfulness expert, Melli O’Brien reminds us, it’s often in the not-knowing that we become more present, more alive, and more open to new possibilities, rather than trapped in familiar stories and habits.

In our February Leadership Coaching Roundtable, we’ll explore how embracing uncertainty can actually deepen trust, creativity, and growth — both for our clients and in our own coaching practice. Instead of rushing to certainty, advice, or solutions, what becomes possible when we stay with the mystery a little longer?

This will be a highly interactive, peer-to-peer conversation where coaches can share real experiences, challenges, and practical approaches to working skillfully with uncertainty in leadership contexts.
