What does authenticity really look like in a coaching conversation?
How do we know when we’re being fully ourselves with clients — and when we may be relying, even subtly, on habit, performance, or what we think a coach is supposed to sound like?
You’re invited to our next Leadership Roundtable, a highly interactive session where we’ll explore together the role of authenticity in coaching.
Authenticity is often described as the alignment of our values, actions, and sense of self. In coaching, that can raise all kinds of important questions. How does authenticity show up in the way we listen, challenge, respond, and relate?
We also know authenticity is not always straightforward. It can feel vulnerable. It can be shaped by context, power dynamics, and professional expectations.
