Tal Ben-Shahar

Tal Ben-Shahar is an author and lecturer who taught the most popular course at Harvard University on "Positive Psychology," and the university's third most popular course on "The Psychology of Leadership"—with a total of more than 1,400 students.

In 2022, he designed and launched the world’s first Master’s Degree in Happiness Studies in collaboration with Centenary University.

Alesia Latson

Alesia Latson has been studying and practicing the art and science of leadership and organizational development for over 25 years. Through expert facilitation and executive coaching, Alesia has worked with teams and hundreds of leaders at all levels to expand their management and leadership effectiveness.

She is formerly an adjunct faculty member of Lesley University, St. Joseph’s University and Bentley College and served as an executive coach for Harvard University’s Professional Leadership Development Program.

Liz Myers

Liz Myers is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership development and team effectiveness. Her superpower is giving structure to the intangible, blending practical, actionable steps towards progress with the wisdom that comes with a conscious inner journey.

Laura Weiss

With over 25 years as an innovation partner for global brands, Laura Weiss supports organizations to develop their people into talented leaders who successfully navigate change and get results.

Laura’s services include executive and leadershiop coaching for individuals and cohorts, and the creation of learning experiences focused on professional transitions, full-circle feedback, inclusive facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Amy Perez

Amy began her career supporting women post-incarceration, partnering with mental health, DOC, and other services to foster community well-being. With over two decades in non-profit leadership and corporate training, she's skilled in building teams focused on impact through resilience and accountability, managing extensive social services networks that significantly save costs and resources.

As Vice President of Education for ICF New England and a Community Champion for the Women’s Business League, Amy is passionate about promoting leadership & empowerment across diverse groups.

LIVING YOUR PRACTICE

Join fellow coaches from all over the New England area for our June regional conference where we will lean into and explore the concept of living our practice as coaches. How do we most fully show up to this wonderful vocation in a way that sustainably fills us and allows us to be successful. We are thrilled to offer this gathering, centrally located and at a reasonable price for such inspiring speakers as well as a chance to connect with fellow coaches.

This is ICF New England’s first conference in what we hope is a regular tradition. We can’t wait to see you there!

New! We are now offering a virtual option to join the conference via Zoom. Pricing is the same as attending in person. Your ticket includes your participation in the entire day’s formal agenda (from 9:00am – 4:00pm). This option represents our intention for equitable access for our members who cannot travel.
