Be. Love. Believe – The three steps towards Mastery in coaching and life with Alina Ionescu, MCC

The presentation addresses the 3 most important things that every coach or leader wants to achieve, in any of the 4 processes: coaching process, coaching business, leadership process and life: the most wanted 3Ps that lead to excellence and fulfilment: Performance, Partnerships and Prosperity.

Alina will share with the participants her inside-out view (Be.Love.Believe) on the meaning of each of the 3Ps and their ‘natural’ flow in one’s activity and life.

She will also reveal her personal perspective on what are and how the 3 steps – 3 coaching principles (ACT): Authenticity, Compassion and Trust – can support the achievement of the most wanted 3Ps.

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how they can practically use the learnings from the
presentation in own personal and professional life: which of the 3Ps they want to grow more, in the
following period, and, as a consequence, in the development of which of the 3 coaching principles
they would need to ACT now.
