MCC-Demo Coaching with Anna Lebedeva Kristiansen

Join us for a live coaching demonstration led by Master Certified Coach (MCC) Anna Lebedeva Kristiansen.
The demonstration offers you the opportunity to observe MCC-level coaching in real time, highlighting qualities such as presence, depth of listening, the use of silence, and the emergence of powerful questions born of genuine curiosity rather than technique or a set agenda.
The coaching conversation will take place with a volunteer coachee discussing a topic of their choice, allowing the session to unfold authentically without a predetermined direction. It could be you if you like. 
Following the demonstration, there will be time for facilitated reflection and discussion, inviting everyone to share observations, ask questions, and connect your experience to your own coaching practice. The debrief will also explore how the coaching session aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.
