Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS): From Observation to Competence Confirmation

This interactive 10-hour program prepares experienced coaches for this new professional role. It is not a substitute for the official ICF Assessor Training. It focuses on an area that assessor training naturally does not cover—how to conduct mentor coaching in a way that supports genuine learning and long-term competency development while maintaining ethical integrity and psychological safety.
The course combines brief theoretical sessions with intensive practical work.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
* understand the new role of mentor coaches within the MCS,
* effectively apply the six ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies in practice,
* provide competency-based developmental feedback,
* foster reflective learning rather than offering advice,
* handle challenging mentoring situations,
* responsibly distinguish between the developmental and competency dimensions of mentor coaching.
