UAE Chapter of ICF

ICF is the largest global resource for professional coaches and a source for those seeking a coach. With a worldwide member base of over 20,000 individuals, ICF upholds its commitment to provide high professional standards, independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches to advance the coaching profession. The ICF UAE Chapter is a non-profit organization established in 2012 and has 520 members to date. The ICF UAE Chapter aims to promote the profession and its advancement for members across the region.

Dr. Clare Beckett McInroy

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy is a triple award-winning executive and board coach, has worked as an internal coach and L&D Advisor and managed budgets of over 1 million USD. She is the Founder of BECKETT MCINROY Group and CoachME, co-founder of ICF Bahrain and ICF Qatar, is a member of the Advisory Committee SUPERvision and Mentor Coaching for ICF, provides pro bono support for charities, plus works with fortune 100s creating culture change and increasing engagement across sectors. She runs a highly experienced team of global coaches, SUPERvisors, trainers, facilitators partnering with companies.
