Mentor Coaching in Action: Reviewing Recordings and Delivering Competency-Based Feedback

Participants analyze a real coaching session recording and transcript prior to the session and engage in guided reflection on demonstrated competencies. During the live session, the group explores observed behaviors, maps them to ICF mentoring and core competencies, and practices structuring developmental feedback. A live demonstration of a mentor-coaching conversation models an effective competency-based mentoring dialogue.
