Meta-view of Coaching beyond tools and skills – Theory and practice

This is a bi-weekly 4 x 90 min workshop for coaches who are curious about transcending the coaching skills and tools level. It is based on foundation of the ICF competencies, specifically (but not only) the “ Cultivating Learning and Growth” group. The workshop assumes participants:
> Are willing to be present and participate in the online conversations to enable learning and growth for everybody.
<Have had ICF based training and are at least ACC certified.
<Have sufficient English reading + listening level for reading and listening to homework resources
In addition to ICF, the workshop is based on ideas and teachings of thought leaders in the domains of coaching , philosophy, spirituality , brain neurology, adult learning and others.
