This session offers a grounded view of the real ethical challenges team coaches are encountering today, alongside a practical framework—the MAP Ethical Decision-Making Model—to support ethical responses when situations feel unclear.

You will have the opportunity to apply the MAP model to a real-world team coaching case, engaging in rich small-group discussion and hearing multiple perspectives from fellow coaches.
