Navigating in Times of Crisis
In a time of prolonged conflict, coaches are often faced with clients who have experienced deep trauma, loss, and uncertainty. Whether through personal connections to those killed or injured in battle, military service, or the destruction of homes and livelihoods, the impacts of war are deeply felt in the coaching room.
At this talk we will equip coaches with practical approaches to uphold these competencies while supporting clients who are navigating trauma and loss, helping them foster resilience and hope in a time of ongoing crisis.
we will focus on applying three ICF Core Competencies—Cultivating Trust and Safety, Listening Actively, and Maintaining Presence—in the context of trauma-informed coaching.
