ONE MENA, ONE HEART Collective Support Circle

ICF Lebanon, together with ICF Kuwait, ICF Doha, ICF Bahrain, ICF Tunisia, ICF Saudi Arabia, ICF Egypt, and ICF United Arab Emirates, are united in ONE HEART in offering this 75-minute session, creating a safe space for coaches across the MENA region to pause, connect, and share their feelings and reflections during these challenging times.

Objectives:
– Create a supportive space for coaches and community members to share their experiences and emotions.
– Facilitate guided reflections and breakout discussions that help participants regulate emotions and strengthen resilience during uncertainty.
