ICF Washington State

ICF Washington State is a Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation formed in 1998. As a coaching community, ICF Washington State is a non-profit professional organization of over 850 coaches who partner with individuals to identify satisfying life or career choices or with teams and individuals to create dynamic workplaces that thrive on collaboration, communication and change to create sustainable, high-performing work environments.

Erica Goos

Erica is a leadership and transitions coach with over 20 years of experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She leverages her deep understanding of change as a growth catalyst despite its discomfort and resistance. Erica believes coaching and supervision foster a collaborative space to navigate challenges, using creativity and resourcefulness for transformational change. Previously a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in race and culture self-identity, she now holds ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, and Certified Coach Supervisor credentials.

Madalina Radulescu

Madalina, a seasoned coach, mentor, and supervisor, supports leaders and teams across various industries in their growth journeys. She creates a safe, fun space for clients to share and listen, valuing their potential and her expertise to guide them towards sustainable results. With a background as a banker, HR executive, and hospitality entrepreneur, Madalina brings a rich perspective to her coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds ESIA accreditation as a Coach Supervisor and EIA Accreditation as a Senior Practitioner with the

Rekha Hatkanagalekar

Rekha, an accredited Coach Supervisor with over 120 hours in Coach Supervision, is deeply invested in enhancing coaching practices. She holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach credential from the ICF and boasts over 4000 coaching hours across 30+ years, specializing in leadership, life, and professional goals. Her diverse clientele spans entrepreneurs and managers worldwide. Rekha is also an EMCC accredited Team Coach Practitioner, mentor coach, and coach trainer, having guided nearly 100 coaches towards their ICF credentials.

Inga Bielinska

Inga Bielinska is a Master Certified Coach, team coach certified by ICF and EMCC, and a business trainer, also serving as an ICF mentor coach and ESIA EMCC coach supervisor. She excels in aiding individuals and organizations worldwide, especially those with remote, culturally diverse teams or facing communication hurdles. Inga empowers teams to overcome obstacles, streamline processes, and clarify their mission and vision, leveraging her expertise in cultural diversity. Based in Silicon Valley, she prepares engineers and leaders for the VUCA world.
