Part I: Becoming a Culturally Attuned Coach: Tools for Communicating, Context-Building & Cognition
Coaching is shaped by the way we perceive others—and perception is deeply influenced by culture. This interactive two‑part workshop invites coaches to explore how cultural values, beliefs, and assumptions affect communication and client relationships. Through engaging activities, participants will examine the role of perception and context in interpreting client interactions, while also reflecting on their own cultural conditioning and how it shapes the way they are perceived. By the end of the program, coaches will gain practical tools to better understand clients in their unique contexts, adapt to unfamiliar situations, and communicate effectively across differences.
*Note: Each session is designed as a stand‑alone experience. Attendance at both is not required, and CCE credits will be awarded individually for each session.
