Peer Coaching: Engaging Group Members for Maximum Growth

This teleclass focuses on group coaching, and specifically, how to include peer coaching during a group coaching session. Throughout this event, you’ll first have a chance to engage with other participants in a breakout to share your reflections on peer coaching. Dominique will then cover some basic elements of peer coaching, including what it is, why it’s important, and how to apply it in your groups.

There will be a 30-40 minute group coaching demonstration (we’d love for you to volunteer!) on the topic “Playing bigger in your coaching business”, followed by a debrief and Q&A. During the demo, you will also learn how to use a fun tool that engages clients in visual thinking as they reflect on the story they are telling themselves. This event will support the following core competencies: Maintains presence, Evokes awareness, and Facilitates client growth.
