Professionally Debriefing 360s and Other Assessments

Assessments have been part of executive coaching since its inception. Depending on the size and philosophy of the company, external coaches are asked to review the assessment and then debrief. Receiving in-depth training is extremely important; however, it is not always available, and the coach will often see this type of assessment for the first time.
