Session 3: Communicating Effectively – Coaching to the Core: 2023 Training Series on the New ICF Core Competencies

ICF Philadelphia is thrilled to offer Coaching to the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competencies as part of our 2023 Community of Practice series. Lisa Pachence – MCC, Owner of LP Coaching, Mentor Coach and Speaker – will lead an engaging 4-part series that introduces the ICF Core Competencies, and helps coaches deepen their client impact using the competency framework. These quarterly virtual meetings are 1.5 hours of active application of the ICF Core Competencies.

This Core Competency series is designed to Engage, Enlighten, and Elevate your relationship with the core competencies and, consequently, your coaching practice. Expect to:

1) ENGAGE with the new core competencies, with your colleagues, and with common client challenges to deepen the agility of your coaching.

2) ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind each competency, seeing how the art of coaching comes to life through this new framework.

3) ELEVATE the power of your coaching by revealing new in
